The JKL DUO comprises Glasgow-based Italian guitarist Jacopo Lazzaretti and Scottish flautist Kerry Lynch. They released their debut album ‘The International Poet’ in 2023, and have performed it extensively in concert around Scotland, and on Vatican Radio.
Their album The International Poet began as a conversation one night at the beginning of the pandemic. ‘Somehow, Robert Burns came into the mix’ says JKL, ‘What would Burns have done had he been around today? And whom would he have called and collaborated with?’
