We may update this privacy policy from time to time by publishing the amended version on this website.
We will use your information to provide or manage the information, products or services you have asked for and to contact you in this respect, and may also use the information for general administration purposes, to help us improve the quality of our services and to carry out analysis and membership profiling.

Opt-outs are subsequently handled locally, on each organisation’s database. Customer data collected from Buxton Opera House will be contacted with a link to Buxton International Festival’s Privacy Policy, the opportunity to opt-in to Fundraising email communications, and the opportunity to opt-out of all communications, if that customer data set is not presently recorded in the existing data held by Buxton International Festival.
All postal communications are not restricted by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and do not require customer consent.
If you wish to opt-out to our e-communications you can do so by clicking the unsubscribe link that we include on all our emails. You may opt-out of postal communications at any time by contacting us at the following address or telephone number.
