Join us for the Friends of Buxton International Festival’s Autumn Event at Biggin Hall, featuring a piano recital by multi-award-winning RNCM student Pam Kijoran, followed by a two-course lunch.
Wine will be served upon arrival, and a cash bar will be available throughout the event.

Piano Recital

Pam Kijoran is a Thai pianist currently studying as an undergraduate at the Royal Northern College of Music, under the tutelage of Professor Graham Scott. During her time so far at the RNCM, she has won the Chopin Prize, Mark Ray Piano Recital Prize and the Marjorie Clementi Memorial Prize, and has received masterclasses from renowned pianists such as Boris Kraljevic, Vanessa Latarche, Pascal Nemirovski, Christopher Elton, and Carles Lama.
As an ensemble musician, Pam is a member of the Neoelysian Trio, a group that explores a diverse range of repertoire and has won the Brodsky Prize at the RNCM. In addition, she frequently performs as an accompanist and has received the RNCM’s Alexander Young Piano Prize for accompaniment. Pam is grateful to be supported by the Ian Scott Award and the Reggie & Ann Dennis Award for her musical studies.

Shortly after Newhaven petrol station, take a right turn at the sign for Biggin
The hotel is situated at the bottom of the village next to the Waterloo Inn.
