THE DUERDEN-MARGULIS FANTASIA (2026)

“The Duerden-Margulis Fantasia” takes us on a nautical journey to the far plains of our imagination. As the two double basses sing like swans above the piano’s buoyant harmonies, we witness a duet of great beauty. We then discover a remote underwater island and revel in its delights, before eventually being overwhelmed by a storm from our past. At the end of the day though, breathing together, we find ourselves seaworthy and can now explore the depths with freedom.
