Buxton International Festival is holding auditions for the 2025 company.

Casting details:
Please send a copy of your cv with headshot in the first instance to: programming@buxtonfestival.co.uk
Please make sure your phone number and email address are on your cv.
Please ensure the subject line of your emails follows this format “BIF25 CHORUS/YOUR NAME/VOCAL TYPE” i.e. BIF25 CHORUS AUDITIONS/JOE BLOGGS/BARITONE
Please do not apply if you are not interested in a chorus place. Principal mainstage roles at the Festival are not cast through general auditions. We regretfully cannot offer feedback after auditions as we are a small team with limited capacity.
The deadline for applications is Monday 19 August by 5pm
Please do not wait until the deadline to apply as we will begin offering slots to performers once applications are live. We really appreciate the time it takes to apply to call outs. We ask that any singer that has sung for the company recently or on many occasions need not apply again.
Auditions will take place Saturday 7 September in London
Please prepare two arias and make sure you bring the music with you for our pianist to play.
