Summer Music by Candlelight

This event is sold out.

Jeffrey Skidmore, conductor

Following their sold-out concert in 2018, we are delighted to welcome back Ex Cathedra with a programme of joyous music for a magical midsummer evening, performed by the glow of candles at dusk. This atmospheric sequence of words and music is inspired by four centuries of seasonal music – hidden gems, stunning new music and some well-known favourites – a concert that will send you home singing of summertime…

spine-tinglingly lovely … a breathtaking feat of pure ensemble singing’ – Birmingham Post
